I found my calling to the art of massage years ago, and completely by accident. I had agreed to take my little sister to orientation to the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy(an hour away, mind you) which she had enrolled with back in 2011. Upon arriving, there was a voice or a feeling inside me that told me I was in my element. I felt so confident that I signed up and enrolled right on the spot, not even needing a night to think it over. Best decision ever!
Outside of massage, I am an animal lover, especially rabbits. I enjoy being outside, either playing disc golf, gardening or walking the beach searching for shells. If the weather isn't good you can find me in a pool hall practicing for league and tournaments or snugled up inside with some colored pencils or painting. I love to attend live music events and occasionally take on side work with the stage production team. I have a love for the arts, attending Burning Man in Black Rock City, NV, and take part in Miami's Regional Burn running the ticketing Department.
In the realm of Massage I've worked in a variety of setting including resorts, conferences and special events. My natural intuition along with my knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology allow me to coax my client's muscles to soften, stretch and lengthen as needed. My greatest sense of accomplishment is watching my clients leave their sessions standing taller and moving freer, with a relaxed smile on their face! I think it's the reason why they keep coming back.
